Bangladesh claims 3-0 T20 series sweep over the West Indies
KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent (AP) — Jaker Ali scored an unbeaten 72 off 41 balls to lead Bangladesh to an 80-run win over the West Indies and a three-match sweep of its Twenty20 series in the Caribbean.
Bangladesh scored 189-7 Thursday after winning the toss and batting first while the home side was bowled out for 109 in the 17th over. Rishad Hossain took three wickets for Bangladesh.
After losing the preceding ODI series 3-0, Bangladesh won the first T20 match by seven runs on Sunday and the second by 27 runs on Tuesday.
