At a news conference in Swedish, Örebro police chief Lars Wiren says responders battled smoke and found the shooter dead with three guns and a large amount of unused ammunition next to his body. Translation: “At the scene, we found about 10 empty magazines next to the deceased perpetrator, as well as a large amount of unused ammunition. Intense smoke development made it difficult to enter the school without special protective equipment. The situation was chaotic. Many people were running inside and outside the premises.”
